Local app data

Click Recorder Studio stores workflows, captures, settings, license status, and logs locally on your PC. Current local builds do not upload workflows or captures to a server.

Support emails

If you contact support, you may send your Machine Code, purchase reference, screenshots, logs, or workflow details. Only send files you are comfortable sharing.

Payment

Payments are handled through PayPal/manual verification during launch. Do not send payment card details by email.

Smart Action captures

Avoid capturing sensitive information in screenshots used for Smart Actions. Review capture images before sharing support packages.
